Chennai Academy started as a single counselling room with a single purpose: to help students make better decisions about their futures. What began as career guidance has grown into a comprehensive learning hub spanning six specialised tracks.
Mrs. Priyanka Swain, Founder of Merit Teacher, is an educator, counsellor, and psychology professional committed to helping students make informed academic and career decisions. She also played a key role in the establishment and growth of Chennai Academy, where she contributed to guiding students through their educational journeys. With a postgraduate degree in Psychology and professional qualifications in teacher education (B.Ed. and M.Ed.), she brings together psychological insight and educational expertise to support students at every stage of their development.
